And when it comes to how I did it; In september I started this thing called EasyLife. It’s basically a lifestyle-changing program, where you replace all of your meals in a day with meal replacing shakes or soups. So you eat/drink those soups/shakes for 5 meals a day, every three hours. And you do that for up to 9 weeks.. Then you add one meal, without carbs for like.. two weeks, then you add carbs to that meal, and then you do the same when you add another meal, and so on.. Cause when you do it like that, you sort of just.. get a little help with a kick start, because when you don’t eat any carbs at all, your body empties it’s savings of carbs, and starts using the fat that’s allready in your body to produce energy, which then again, will lead to weightloss. It’s also very important to drink loads of water.. We were told to drink 3 liters per day.. And I’ve also worked out a lot though.. Just regular work out at the gym.. Some weight lifting and such, and some random classes, like zumba and things like that.. Hope that cleared up a little.. I’m not the best at explaining, but yeah..

Things I sort of want to try out:

  • Boxing
  • Climbing, either on a wall inside, or rock-climbing, or whatever it’s called
  • Self defence-classes
  • And I also want to get better at kayaking, so maybe I should do that next time I’m home? :D

Ok, you guys!

A year ago or something, my doctor signed me up for surgery because I was overweight. Or at first it’s just a check to see if you actually need it and stuff. But anyways, she signed me up. Without really even getting my aproval. And in october I was supposed to have a meeting with the hospital or something, but since I had just started easylife then, we rescedualed. And aparently I was supposed to go see them this monday, which I got to know first now. Only because they called. And the woman was all “so, you have an appointment here on monday and blablabla would you still like to come?” and I was like “uhm.. Well.. I’ve sort of lost 40 kg now though, so I’m not sure if it’s nesesary anymore?” and then she asked me what my BMI is, and we found out that it was under the limit for getting a surgery. So because of that, and since I don’t have any illness or anything, I am now off their waiting list. And it just makes me happy. I’ll never be in need of surgery because I’m too fat anymore. Isn’t it amazing? :D

It’s kind of surreal to me that all of these girls are the same one, and that I’m all of them.  I mean.. All my life I’ve been over weight, and now.. Now I’m pretty much “normal”.

Also - there’s something like 6 months from the two first ones to the two bottom ones.
